Manager - Risk Consulting - Regulatory Compliance

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the firm's regulatory compliance practice and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality regulatory compliance services to clients. Stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory changes and updates and provide guidance to team members and clients. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues for clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory compliance matters. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the firm to provide comprehensive solutions to clients' regulatory compliance needs. Train and mentor team members on best practices for regulatory compliance and ensure their professional development. Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and provide thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures for clients. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on regulatory compliance issues to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information. Represent the firm at industry conferences and events to build brand awareness and network with potential clients. Collaborate with business development teams to identify new business opportunities and assist with client proposals and pitches.
