Requirements
Ā Proven experience in an insurance management role or similar position.
Ā Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and compliance standards.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
Ā Experience in employee relations, executive recruiting, and talent acquisition processes.
Ā Proficiency in HR software such as ADP and Workday is preferred.
