Job Summary
The Manager of Public Cloud Forecasting is a strategic leadership role that ensures alignment of Data and Analytics functions with organizational goals. You'll lead the development of multi-year cloud forecasting plans, advanced analytics, and models to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong blend of technical, business, and leadership skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Cloud leadership to drive operational metrics improvement and manage cloud planning and forecasting.
Develop and deliver comprehensive multi-year cloud forecasting plans, encompassing multiple public cloud environments.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to support long-term growth plans, improved planning efficiency, and consistent performance of infrastructure capacity levels.
Deliver effective Cloud Analytics and reporting across the Cloud business, leveraging Analytics and tools.
Work cross-functionally to understand business data and analytics needs and establish platform strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
Equivalent working experience is also acceptable.
Experience
6+ years of experience in Executive Data Management, Data Analytics, or Cloud leadership within a fast-paced organization.
Experience in Demand and Capacity planning for hyperscaler environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proven experience in leading large infrastructure architecture programs, teams, and cloud infrastructure architecture management.
Successful experience in building and leading data & analytics organizations or practices.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive change within a large, complex organization.
