What You'll Do Leading & Inspiring - Manage and mentor the PS team, including systems analysts, enterprise architects, and network engineers. - Create an environment where accountability, teamwork, and innovation thrive. - Oversee performance across multiple projects, making sure things run smoothly. - Recruit, onboard, and nurture top talent from around the globe. - Manage contractors and ensure the right people are in the right roles. Client Engagement & Escalation Management - Be the trusted advisor that clients turn to when they need expert guidance. - Take ownership of escalations and lead the charge in resolving them effectively. - Build and maintain client relationships that stand the test of time. - Work closely with external project managers to ensure flawless execution Operational & Project Oversight - Ensure all PS projects are delivered on time, with top-notch quality and efficiency. - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that optimize processes. - Ensure compliance with Jolera's high standards-because mediocrity is not an option. Resource & Training Management - Develop training initiatives that keep your team at the top of their game. - Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure everyone is growing and thriving. - Maintain and develop technical expertise within the team. Reporting & Documentation - Make sure all documentation is on point and up to date. - Track team performance, provide insights, and continuously improve Qualifications & Experience - Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT Professional Services. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (bonus points if you can make a technical subject sound fun). - Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise networking is a big plus. - Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Fortinet, Microsoft) would be awesome. - Experience working with contractors and managing global teams.
