Manager, Product Management, Amazon Fresh Grocery Private Brands

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Product Management to lead our Amazon Fresh Grocery Private Brands team. As a customer-obsessed and growth-minded leader, you will be responsible for driving the development of new food products, managing a large existing business, and leading a team of Senior Product Managers. Key Responsibilities:


Manage the P&L of an existing product portfolio and analyze market trends to create a roadmap of Private Branded food products
Lead the commercialization of food products from sourcing to ensuring they are on shelf in our grocery stores and available online
Manage a small team of Senior Product Managers and provide guidance and direction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Quality, Supply Chain, and Strategy & Scaling
Rely on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions, and track effectiveness of change


Requirements:


3+ years of team management experience
7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience managing a team and managing a financial P&L


What We Offer:


Competitive salary ranging from $134,700/year to $222,700/year, depending on location
