Summary

A results-driven leader responsible for end-to-end product and engineering outcomes, this role oversees the full product lifecycle—enhancement, design, and market alignment—while ensuring solutions meet customer needs and business goals. It partners with clients and executives to guide product direction, manage expectations, and support revenue growth, while leading high-performing teams through hiring, performance management, and disciplined operational and budget oversight.

Your role in our mission

Manages end-to-end product and engineering delivery, ensuring alignment to business objectives, measurable outcomes, and client needs across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Leads the evolution of product management and engineering best practices, incorporating Agile/SAFe, DevOps, and cloud-native delivery models to improve speed, quality, and scalability.

Oversees the enhancement, design, pricing, and lifecycle management of products and services, ensuring strong technical alignment with AWS-based architectures, .NET ecosystems, and modern integration patterns.

Partners with customers, stakeholders, and development teams as a primary point of contact to define requirements, guide product direction, and translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes.

Drives secure development practices across the lifecycle, including application security, vulnerability management, and compliance with secure coding standards.

Identifies opportunities to leverage AI/ML and Generative AI to improve engineering productivity and enhance product capabilities.

Manages client expectations and balances organizational and customer priorities to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Maintains revenue forecasts, identifies risks to financial targets, and adjusts delivery and product strategies to meet business commitments.

Strengthens relationships with partners, systems integrators, and external stakeholders to support product adoption and growth.

Provides leadership in executive-level discussions to influence product strategy, delivery priorities, and investment decisions.

Builds and leads high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement without micromanagement.

Oversees operating and personnel budgets, ensuring disciplined execution, resource optimization, and alignment to organizational goals.

What we're looking for

9 or more years of proven experience in Engineering Leadership, with a consistent record of driving multi-stream delivery, owning outcomes, effectively managing priorities, and delivering measurable business results

technical expertise in AWS Cloud Platforms, including Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices, APIs, CI CD practices, DevOps, and Infrastructure as code, supported by a strong foundation in .NET Development and a solid understanding of Distributed Systems

Strong emphasis on Security and Compliance, with hands on experience Implementing Secure Development Practices, application Security Testing, Vulnerability Management, and working within Compliance Driven Environments

Exposure to AI and Emerging Technologies, with the ability to identify and apply practical use cases that enhance engineering productivity and support innovation in product features

Proven leader of people and stakeholders with experience in Agile and SAFe Environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, manage performance, and lead effectively through ambiguity

The pay range for this position is 93,400 - 133,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
