We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analytics to join our team remotely. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic pricing agenda, working closely with the Finance and Merchandising Teams. Job Summary
The Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analytics will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and sales. This role requires strong analytical and financial analysis skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pricing principles, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop pricing guardrails by product category to align with business objectives
Identify opportunities to increase profitability and sales through pricing initiatives
Provide consultation and expertise on statistical modeling and analysis techniques
Determine promotional and markdown prices to optimize bottom-line profit
Monitor and evaluate day-to-day pricing activities across merchandise categories
Conduct analysis to identify key drivers of performance and recommend pricing decisions
Measure the success of pricing change activity and ensure alignment with company expectations
Establish and maintain a price testing roadmap to drive continuous learning
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Experience:
4+ years of progressive responsibility within pricing strategy and analytics
Strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or private equity experience a plus
Prior experience in retail pricing, merchandising, or planning & analysis preferred
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and modeling software
Demonstrated analytical and statistical modeling experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of database structures and query writing skills a plus

Anticipated salary range: $114,400 - $171,100 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience
