Manager | Partnership Taxation | Asset Management

As a Manager - Partnership Taxation (Asset Management), you will serve as a key leader within the Partnership Tax practice, delivering high-level tax compliance and consulting services to complex partnership clients across the asset management industry. In this role, you will conduct primary and secondary reviews of sophisticated partnership tax returns while providing strategic guidance on structuring, compliance, and tax efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with internal tax professionals and clients to ensure technical accuracy, quality delivery, and exceptional client service. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• CPA license (required).
• Minimum 6-10 years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
• Strong experience with partnership taxation, including partnership returns and Subchapter K.
• Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and mergers & acquisitions (preferred).
• Proficiency in US GAAP, tax accounting, and partnership tax technology tools.
• Exceptional analytical and technical tax skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring, coaching, and team development.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment.
