Manager, Operations, WFS Business Operations - Remote
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Manager Business Operations is a leadership role that is responsible for the operations integration of all facets of WFS fulfillment, primarily within the Reverse Logistics arena. This role will initially be a key interface between Fulfillment Centers, Product Developers, Account Managers, Partner Support staff, Transportation Partners Providers and the WFS business. This Manager will own the performance of our customer return processes to include process improvement and development of tracking and performance measurement measures. As such, this role will require Excel, SQL and Tableau skills.

Leading Daily Operational performance - Develop the tools to better track efficiency of our reverse logistics operations, initially focusing on Customer Returns (RTV) and Liquidations.
Build the Tools to Monitor Reverse Logistics Operations - In collaboration with business analysts, build and develop a measures and tools to monitor reverse logistics operations through advanced excel and basic level SQL and tableau application.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
