Manager, Logistics Process Engineer

Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to support the supply chain and distribution operations of Ball Corporation.
Work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Conduct regular analysis and evaluations of logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of new processes and procedures.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Identify and address any issues or roadblocks in logistics processes, finding timely and effective solutions.
