Manager- Intelligent Automation Architecture (MD, US)

POSITION SUMMARY The Manager - Intelligent Automation Architecture will design and implement UiPath automations that use Agentic AI to create smarter, more adaptive workflows. Enhance existing RPA processes by integrating autonomous AI agents and improving how systems make decisions. Works closely with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline SAP-related processes, and ensure solutions run efficiently in production. This role is 100% remote. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation solutions leveraging Agentic AI capabilities for dynamic decision-making and adaptive workflows. • Integrate AI-driven agents into existing RPA processes to enhance automation intelligence and autonomy. • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to identify opportunities for agent-based automation. • Optimize workflows for scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime. • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team. • Additional duties as assigned. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS • 8+ years’ experience in UiPath development • 3+ years’ experience leading teams • 2+ years hands on experience in Agentic AI • UiPath certifications preferred (Advanced RPA Developer, AI Center Specialist). • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath AI Center. • Worked on Automations related to SAP Processes like PDF Invoice Posting etc. • Worked on API model integrating with SAP . • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and context-aware automation. • Familiarity with document understanding, and AI-powered decision-making. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Exposure to GenAI models and LLM-based automation preferred ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; and talk, hear and see. • Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
