Job Highlights Position: Manager, Influencer Strategy Location: Remote Compensation: A competitive salary Company: Workwarp (on behalf of Disney Streaming) Start Date: Immediate openings available Key Responsibilities As the Manager, Influencer Strategy, you'll be responsible for guiding influencer marketing campaigns from development to execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Guiding the strategic vision for each influencer campaign, ensuring alignment with Disney's brand goals and objectives Developing and drafting innovative influencer creative concepts for first- and third-party campaigns Collaborating with the Campaign Execution team to develop strategic briefs for brand campaigns Creating and managing content calendars for influencer activations across major Disney brands Managing cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project management Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, as well as Disney's brand safety guidelines Analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights to inform future influencer marketing strategies Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in an influencer marketing role or similar function, leading high-priority brand projects with multiple stakeholders A deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including the latest trends and best practices A background in media and brands, with experience shepherding large-scale, cross-channel influencer marketing campaigns Experience working with highly matrixed marketing organizations and managing cross-functional teams A high degree of competency in influencer marketing strategy, campaign planning, and management Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform future campaign strategies Experience in digital media, talent/artist relations, public relations, and/or marketing Familiarity with short-form video platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat Knowledge of back-end publishing and platform analytics tools, such as FB Insights and YouTube Analytics The ability to juggle multiple projects and resources to meet deadlines consistently 2+ years of experience managing direct reports, with a proven track record of leadership and team management Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience working with Disney or other major entertainment brands A proven track record of driving successful influencer marketing campaigns across multiple channels Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the influencer marketing space Experience with campaign measurement and evaluation tools What We Offer As a member of the Disney Streaming team, you'll enjoy: A competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and collaborative work environment Access to cutting-edge technologies and innovative marketing strategies The chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional entertainment experiences Company Culture At Disney Streaming, we're committed to fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.
