Responsibilities
Owns responsibility for project planning at detailed workstream level, coordination with client on project management, coordinate and assign consultant and client team responsibilities and work tasks, ensure documentation and leadership readouts prepared on time at target quality to drive successful change for clients
Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members, assign tasks and work packages, coach team on execution, track progress
Reviews project deliverables prior to presentations
Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
Provides ongoing project feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
Enhances and trains unparalleled Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools
Identifies project opportunities with companies across Industrial Goods industries (including building products, machinery, energy equipment, industrial processing equipment, off-road vehicles, etc.)
Leads business development within the industry by identifying company challenges, creating, presenting and executing executive-level project proposals
Develops integral content for articles and develops presentations and other marketing materials to grow presence and reach in industry
Qualifications:
Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
Hands on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the industrial goods sector
High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
Minimum 7 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and industrial goods corporations
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
Goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
Second language fluency in German, Spanish, or French a plus
Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues

The salary range for this role is $160,000-$230,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus. Our full suite of benefits includes:
