Responsibilities** : • Drive the operational plan and strategic roadmap for the hotels solution • Coach engineers for professional and technical growth • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate team productivity • Mentor engineers in technical skills and leadership • Guide teams in building scalable systems for future growth • Monitor and ensure team impact and delivery • Promote knowledge sharing across the engineering organization • Recruit and develop new team members • Advocate for AI tools and practices to enhance development speed and quality • *4. Requirements** : • Experience developing, delivering, and operating software in a SaaS environment • Mobile software development experience is a plus • Proven experience mentoring and developing teams • Strong empathy for customers and teammates • Commitment to building a diverse, collaborative team focused on customer success • *5. Pay Range and Compensation Package** : • Base salary range for this role is $168,000 to $269,000 USD • Starting salary is based on skills and experience • Total rewards may include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible) • *6.
