As a manager in HR Shared Services, you will lead a team of HR Compliance sr analysts who support onboarding processes including Form I-9 and work authorization administration, offboarding separation and severance processes for US and Canadian partners. You will lead a team of partners focused on continuous improvement and providing a seamless partner experience spanning enterprise-wide onboarding processes and systems.



As an HR Shared Services manager, you will…

Inspire and develop a team with coaching, feedback and developmental opportunities
Empower the team to drive innovation, creating an environment of collaboration, role clarity and continuous learning
Develop strategic and operational plans in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, guide partners in crafting goals in alignment with plans, manage execution to deliver and measure results
Manage 3rd party vendors, including relationship management, strategy, quality, process refinement, system escalations, contract renewals and system enhancements



Proactively adapt and manage operations (including solving critical issues and gaps) with agility, focusing on business priorities and staying up to date on government regulations
Embed continuous improvement, including automation, into the team’s ways of working impacting efficiency, scalability and effectiveness of processes
Evolve metrics to measure team and individual performance with a focus on timeliness, quality and efficiency in alignment with department metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Influence, advocate and develop plans to effectively lead the team, customers and stakeholders through change
Proactively adapt and re-prioritize work and manage team capacity, understanding and assessing impacts and value of re-prioritization

5 years experience in Human Resources and other related functions
3 years consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions

3 years contract review and plan document preparation
