You’ll oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture through deployment, while still getting into the code when it matters. As the bridge between engineers, product, and leadership, your purpose is to deliver technical excellence, foster continuous improvement, and align engineering efforts with Certn’s business goals.What you will be doing:People Leadership: Coach, mentor, and conduct 1:1s and performance reviews. Cultivate team morale, engagement, and professional growth.Project & Delivery Management: Drive execution of roadmaps, coordinate sprint planning, remove obstacles, and ensure on-time, high-quality software delivery. Act as liaison between engineering, product, and design.Development Practices & Automation: Define and enforce scalable architecture standards, oversee design reviews, and champion technical excellence across both teams.Hands-On Coding: Jump into Python or C# on the back-end.
