Manager, Clinical Program Performance
Department: Corporate Operations & Strategy
Amount of Travel Required: Up to 75%
Work Location: Remote / Field-Based
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

The Manager, Clinical Program Performance is a field-based, results-driven role with one clear mandate: maximize the clinical and revenue impact of Guardian Dentistry Partners’ core programs, Curodont Repair Fluoride Plus (vVARDIS) and Pearl AI imaging, across GDP’s 160+ practice network.

This is not a training coordination role. This person owns outcomes. They are accountable for Curodont procedure volume and revenue growth, and for driving Pearl image utilization rates across every active GDP practice. Compensation reflects that accountability, with significant bonus potential tied directly and exclusively to quarterly performance on both programs.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who combines deep clinical knowledge with an operator’s mindset. They walk into a practice and earn immediate credibility at the chair, then translate that credibility into measurable behavior change. They are comfortable analyzing their own performance data, identifying where they are behind, and doing what it takes to close the gap.

Key Responsibilities

Curodont Repair Fluoride Plus — Program Ownership
Own Curodont procedure volume and revenue across all active GDP practices, with aggressive annual growth targets set quarterly.

Conduct in-office training, coaching visits, and virtual re-engagement sessions to drive hygienist adoption and chair-side application rates.

Monitor monthly procedure volume by office; proactively reach out to and visit underperforming practices before they fall further behind.

Build strong relationships with Lead Hygienists, Office Managers, and Doctors to create sustainable internal champions at each location.

Partner with the vVARDIS/Curodont vendor team on supply, strategy, and reporting alignment.

Track performance against quarterly procedure targets and report results to VP, Corporate Operations & Strategy.

Pearl AI Imaging — Utilization Performance
Own Pearl image utilization rates across the GDP practice network, with quarterly targets set to drive consistent high performance portfolio-wide.

Identify and prioritize low-utilization offices; develop and execute targeted re-engagement plans to restore consistent Pearl workflow integration.

Train clinical teams on Pearl best practices, including image review habits, chair-side communication, and how Pearl findings translate to patient treatment conversations.

Work with Pearl’s vendor team to surface utilization data, resolve access issues, and stay current on platform updates.

Track utilization trends by office and region, escalating persistent low performers to regional leadership as needed.

Field Engagement & Clinical Training
Travel to 160+ GDP practices regularly to deliver hands-on training, conduct re-engagement visits, and maintain presence with clinical teams.

Develop and maintain clear, compelling training materials and quick-reference resources for both Curodont and Pearl.

Represent both programs with clinical authority — able to answer provider questions, address objections, and demonstrate techniques credibly at the chair.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of office training history, visit logs, engagement status, and follow-up actions for both programs.

Review quarterly performance data for both programs and self-assess against targets prior to formal reviews.

Surface field-level barriers, adoption trends, and practice-level insights to inform ongoing program strategy.

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Performance Bonus: Up to $100,000 annually, paid quarterly, based solely on Curodont procedure volume and Pearl image utilization performance. Bonus is based on field performance.

Specific quarterly targets and bonus tiers are established at time of offer and reviewed annually. A minimum performance floor must be met each quarter before any bonus is earned. Significant upside exists for candidates who drive results well above baseline expectations.

Total compensation at full performance: Up to $180,000 – $190,000.

Qualifications

Required:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure.

3+ years of clinical hygiene experience in a dental practice setting.

Proven ability to influence clinical behavior and drive adoption of new protocols or technologies at the practice level.

Strong communication and training skills; comfortable leading sessions with hygienists, assistants, and doctors.

Self-directed and results-oriented; thrives in a field-based role with significant autonomy and clear performance accountability.

Ability to analyze performance data, identify gaps, and independently develop and execute plans to close them.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% to GDP practice locations across multiple regions.

Preferred:
Prior experience in a DSO, multi-site dental group, or dental vendor/field role.

Familiarity with Curodont Repair Fluoride Plus, Pearl AI, or similar clinical technology platforms.

Demonstrated track record of driving measurable production or revenue outcomes in a clinical or field-based role.
