Job Summary

The Manager - AWS Solutions ("AWS Black Ops") will lead an overlay sales team of AWS Solution Executives and Solution Specialists. The primary responsible of this team is the acquisition of new AWS cloud agreements from within SHI's existing customers base and new buying account prospects. This is a quota carrying position where goals and objectives are set and measured each fiscal semester or half. Success is measured by Quota attainment - New Logos and New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

The Manager - AWS Solutions will report to the Senior Director of AWS Customer Success & Acquisition.

This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Planning. Create semesterly market attack plans with team input that align with shared departmental goals and objectives, ensuring focus, clarity, and business impact.

• You will build strong, influential relationships with AWS sales & partner leadership, key customers & prospects, internal peers within Sales, pre-sales, and this department.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years Sales/Sales Leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrable experience selling enterprise software, cloud computing and/or services B2B

Certifications Required
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (upon application)
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate (to be completed within 12 months of employment)

Unique Requirements
• Position requires 20% of travel for business

Additional Information
• The estimated annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $260,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
