Manager Applications & Data Science

We are seeking a Manager of Applications and Data Services to support one of our banking clients in an 8-month contract engagement to start, with the potential for extensions/conversion based on performance. This is fully remote opportunity for candidates that sit in these approved states: AL, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MD, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, or WV. The Application and Data Services Manager is accountable for supporting and implementing strategic Banking Applications. The role oversees the core banking systems, consumer and commercial on-line banking systems, digital systems, wire systems, and treasury services systems. This position will focus on functional areas of oversite including key strategic vendors, Business System Analyst, System Analyst and conversions/integrations. Manager is accountable for strategically partnering with Bank Operations managers and lines of business to drive operational efficiencies through automation tools. We can provide a starting hourly rate between $60-80/hr.

Must Haves:
• Experience with core banking applications
• Eight or more years of experience managing banking application teams
• Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline required.
• Graduate degree in a business-related discipline preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or demonstrated knowledge of statistics and data analysis required.
• Must sit in one of the approved states: AL, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MD, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, or WV.
