Manager, Application Management, FCCS Technology & Data Management, Global EPM C
The Manager, Application Management, will oversee the EPM Enterprise Cloud system, manage FCCS application administration, and lead enterprise-wide data governance. The role will play a critical role in delivering reliable, timely financial consolidation and insight across the organization.
Requirements
ā¢ Advanced knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically FCCS, including application administration, configuration, metadata management, data exchange mapping, scripting, SmartView reporting, and security management.
ā¢ Demonstrated expertise in managing data flows, resolving errors, ensuring seamless integrations, and conducting data integrity checks across platforms.
ā¢ Strong understanding of financial close processes, including internal and external reporting, intercompany transactions, restatements, legal entity reporting, and multi-period historical reconciliations.
ā¢ Proficient in reconciling advanced accounting scenarios such as non-controlling interest (NCI), equity accounting, cash flow, and constant currency adjustments.
ā¢ Skilled in interpreting and translating business requirements into system specifications and architecture.
ā¢ Ability to manage evolving metadata, calendars, and governance tools in alignment with data processing timelines and reporting schedules.
ā¢ Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and apply best practices in system design and process optimization.
ā¢ Strong leadership and team development capabilities, including goal setting, coaching, and expectation management.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Excel and VB scripting for financial modeling, automation, and reporting validation.
