What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales from prospective clients for Accounts Payable software solutions
- Collaborate with internal partners to manage a pipeline of prospective AP Automation customers
- Understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Maintain a high level of expertise across all AP Automation software offerings
- Ensure compliance with the American Express Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years in a direct client-facing role with commercial customers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a highly regulated industry
- Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable and ERP solutions
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with changing technology and processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with third-party SAAS partnerships for lead generation
- Proven track record of working with sales process engineering and complex business processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Creative problem-solving skills with a history of overcoming objections
- Availability to travel up to 10%
