Summary:
This position will be part of a team that is responsible for providing antipiracy services with a focus on combating online piracy of film, television, and live events related to Disney properties worldwide on piracy websites and social media video platforms working closely with industry associations, outside counsel, and Disney business and legal teams. Duties of this position include leading and managing enforcement efforts on key video live streaming video platforms, regular outreach to key video platforms, implementation of standard enforcement practices, tracking piracy data, providing regular reports on piracy trends, evaluating prospective providers of antipiracy services and managing existing providers, under the supervision of lawyers in the Digital Media Antipiracy Group.
Responsibilities:
Project leader managing coverage for live event coverage and pay-per-view releases Manage day to day responsibilities of key Antipiracy programs related to live streaming... video platforms and associated content identification systems Train internal users on proper use of video platform tools Establish metrics for auditing 3rd party vendors Operational liaison with established contacts at key live streaming video platforms Track feature requests and platform issues Collaborate with internal groups and multiple stakeholders to contribute to and/or drive antipiracy initiatives pertaining to live streaming piracy Manage and schedule the team for adequate coverage during a live event Coordinate with other team members to solve ad hoc requests and projects Review client deliverables and data to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy Flexible work schedule for weekend and/or night time coverage several times a month Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent work experience Ideally 5
years working experience in a corporate environment, private company, trade association or law enforcement agency in online investigations, data analysis and/or technology operations Manage and train others Passionate about film, TV, and sports and/or video games Relevant experience of YouTube's, Facebook's and other social media platform tools, including Content ID, RightsManager and Creator Studio applications Strong working knowledge of internet technologies, including hosting providers, IP address registries, streaming video protocols, cloud storage providers, and internet traffic services and related metrics Solid understanding of the live streaming piracy landscape, including the types of live piracy consumption, methods of discovery, and methods of disruptions Strong working knowledge and experience with internet tools, such as browser/addon developer tools, network traffic monitoring software/addons, digital video players/software, coding editors, code repositories, API usage, cURL and CLI network commands Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as MS Excel; Tableau knowledge a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time and deadline management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills Additional Information:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
