Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Management Trainee specifically for Maui County. The Management Trainee will participate in a rotational training program to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of business operations within the insurance industry. Daily responsibilities include assisting with customer interactions, learning to manage team workflows, supporting sales and administrative processes, and developing leadership and management skills. This role is designed to prepare individuals for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of business operations and ability to manage workflows
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail
• Time management, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and contribute
• Proficiency in modern office software and technology
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in insurance or sales is an advantage but not required
