Remote Management Engineer (Industrial Systems) - Cover Letter Required Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year
At St. Luke's University Health Network we are looking for a System engineer!
️ Our tech stack:
Databricks, Network, Project Manager, SQL, Tableau, System
Rquirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field, such as Industrial Systems Engineering
- One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Advanced proficiency in computer analytics, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentation software
- Strong knowledge of SQL is highly preferred
- Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar analytical tools is preferred
Your responsibilities are:
- Lead process and operational improvement initiatives by acting as an analyst, consultant, or project manager as necessary
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct studies to identify and implement best practices
- Evaluate organizational processes, methods, and equipment, and make recommendations for enhancements
- Manage and educate stakeholders on productivity concepts and benchmarking efforts throughout the Network
- Monitor key performance indicators to optimize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization
- Develop effective methods for measuring outcomes against established standards
- Collaborate with healthcare leaders to identify and share best practices, and support network-wide implementation efforts
- Proactively communicate issues to relevant individuals and propose solutions
- Demonstrate strong written and presentation abilities in a healthcare context
- Work remotely with minimal supervision while adhering to in-person presentation requirements as needed
