Management Analyst/Consultant 1 — AI-Assisted Pilot (Data Analysis + Strategy)
We're hiring a small number of experienced Management Analysts (management consulting, strategy, operations, or business analytics) for a paid pilot evaluating human + AI agent collaboration on realistic work tasks. You'll use different AI assistants while producing data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations from provided datasets.
You will complete ALL 5 tasks (short summary below):
1. Workforce analytics (employee dataset provided): identify top city by business value, highest-rated education segment, attrition salary gap, lowest value-to-salary employee, and one retention recommendation.
2. PE fund allocation analysis (unicorn dataset provided): compute global unicorn metrics by country and industry, flag the best country-industry target, and surface a data-driven risk.
3. Assembly line analysis (manufacturing dataset provided): calculate per-station cycle times, annual capacity, number of lines needed to hit INR 1,400M by end of 2026, total headcount, and one key risk.
4. Market sizing (US population dataset provided): estimate 2032 TAM and SAM for a Lego competitor using a bottom-up, state-level CAGR approach across four age segments; flag one over-optimistic assumption.
5. Airline expansion recommendation (passenger + Big Mac data provided): rank geo regions by enplanements (3x weight) and Big Mac price, recommend top 2 in a table, and state the biggest downside risk.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in management consulting, business analysis, strategy, or operations
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills (comfortable working with datasets, calculating ratios, market sizing)
- Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with frameworks like market sizing (TAM/SAM), throughput analysis, workforce analytics, and investment screening
- Clear, concise professional writing
- Comfortable collaborating with an AI assistant (you still own accuracy/quality)
Payment
- Fixed Price: $20 per task ($100 total)
- Performance-based Bonus: Participants are ranked using the TrueSkill ranking system. The top-ranked participant receives $100, second place receives $50, and third place receives $50.
