Veeva Systems is looking for a Managed Services Consultant who has a passion for helping customers achieve their business vision.Veeva Vault, our cloud-based content management, and collaboration solution are used by our customers to manage content-centric processes across key departments within a life sciences company, including clinical trials, quality management, manufacturing, regulatory, sales, and marketing. The Managed Services Consultant is a member of our Professional Services team who provides remote, ongoing, ad-hoc consulting services to our live R&D Vault customers. In this role, you can build long-term relationships and partner with customer administrators at life sciences companies to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. This is a customer-facing, non-travel role. There may be travel opportunities at select times of the year for internal events.Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.What You'll DoProvide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clientsSolutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notificationsBulk import/export of content and dataAd hoc training of users and administratorsAnalysis and deployment of new product featuresMaintenance of production and sandbox environmentsCreation of regular and ad hoc customer reportsRequirementsExperience with configuring/supporting/implementing softwareCustomer service or consulting experienceAbility to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutionsExperience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to switch tasks quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experienceNice to HaveProject management experienceUnderstanding of life sciences drug development processUnderstanding of life sciences compliance requirementsExperience with Veeva Vault, document management solutions such as OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs, eTMF/CTMS solutionsPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $60,000 - $130,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
