What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Maintenance Plans to customers while adhering to cost, schedule, and quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance (ITC) policies and ITAR regulations related to Sikorsky deliverables
- Support contract proposals by providing estimates for modifications and new aircraft components
- Interface with the Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Logistics community to ensure project alignment
- Maintain effective tracking and reporting of deliverables quality using metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience combined with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices and standards
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems with minimal supervision
- Experience in project management and planning schedules to meet objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with maintenance planning database applications
- Experience with GEIA-STD-0007B
- Military aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in helicopters
- Secret Clearance or the ability to qualify for one when hired
