Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Security Architect with expertise in the IBM Z Secure Suite.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design and implement security solutions for IBM Z mainframe systems using the IBM Z Secure Suite.
ā¢ Assess current security measures and recommend improvements.
ā¢ Develop and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with banking industry standards.
ā¢ Collaborate with various teams to integrate security solutions effectively.
ā¢ Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
ā¢ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior security professionals.
ā¢ Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.
Requirements:
ā¢ Proven track record (10-20 years) in mainframe security architecture, specifically with the IBM Z Secure Suite.
ā¢ Deep understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization standards.
ā¢ Experience implementing security solutions in the banking or financial services sector.
ā¢ Design and implement security solutions for IBM mainframe systems utilizing RACF security and using the IBM Z Secure Suite.
ā¢ Utilizing SailPoint for identity management and role based access control (RBAC)
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
ā¢ Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or IBM Certified System Programmer (Z/OS Security Server).
