Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
ā¢ Strong knowledge on Mainframe scheduling tools -CA Jobtrac and IBM IWS.
ā¢ IWS Scheduling Tool: Proficiency in job modification and scheduling automation.
ā¢ Jobtrac: Hands-on experience with job tracking and workflow management.
Job Scheduling & Workflow Management
Modify and manage job schedules using IWS Scheduling Tool and Jobtrac.
Ensure efficient workload automation and job execution.
Incident Management & Disaster Recovery
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution to ensure system resilience.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Mainframe Operations Best Practices.
Ensure timely resolution of production issues and minimize downtime.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, offshore/onshore teams, and hardware vendors.
