Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Utilize sales techniques to help Guests plan their dream vacations and create unforgettable experiences
ā¢ Provide world-class guest service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and engaging
ā¢ Work in a high-volume inbound contact center, navigating multiple computer applications and resolving conflicts with integrity and professionalism
ā¢ Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals, including conversation rates, average handling time metrics, and sales targets
What We Offer:
ā¢ Competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with opportunities to earn performance incentives ranging from $2.50 to $7.50 per hour
ā¢ Paid mandatory training class to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role
ā¢ Flexible scheduling, with operating hours from Sunday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Basic Qualifications:
ā¢ 1+ year of sales and service experience in a high-volume environment
ā¢ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
