Provide world-class guest service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and engaging
Work in a high-volume inbound contact center, navigating multiple computer applications and resolving conflicts with integrity and professionalism
Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals, including conversation rates, average handling time metrics, and sales targets
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with opportunities to earn performance incentives ranging from $2.50 to $7.50 per hour
Paid mandatory training class to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role
Flexible scheduling, with operating hours from Sunday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Basic Qualifications:
1+ year of sales and service experience in a high-volume environment
