You'll collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production, ensure system stability and accuracy, and drive innovation in NLP, particularly within legal and medical domains, leveraging tools like Python, PyTorch, and AWS. Responsibilities Develop and improve NLP models for tasks such as medical summarization, credibility analysis, and contradiction detectionContinuous improvement of our automatic transcription pipeline and automation of internal processes using AIEnsure high accuracy, stable processes, and optimized infrastructure/monitoring around the modelsEffectively communicate technical machine learning results in a business contextCollaborate with our full-stack engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of ML models in productionPromote excellence and best practices across the machine learning team in research, implementation, tooling, and system designConceptualize and implement new ML ideas in the NLP domain, from validation to production Qualifications Good communication and writing skills in EnglishAt least 3 years of experience in machine learning roles involving end-to-end ownership of projectsStrong background in NLP; experience with ASR is a plusAdvanced experience with PyTorch or other modeling toolkitsGood understanding of software engineering principlesWorking experience with deep learning techniques, particularly in NLP applicationsTeam spirit and independent problem-solving mindsetExperience with or interest in legal or medical domain NLP applications is a plusAbility to meet periodically in our Prague office as we value in-person collaborationWe are using mostly Python, React, Typescript, Kubernetes and AWS Additional Information This opportunity is for independent contractors and is not intended to establish an employment relationship.
