Mac Endpoint Engineers owns all macOS migrations and Apple ecosystem transitions. This role ensures Apple devices and management platforms transition smoothly with minimal user disruption. What You’ll Do- • Own end-to-end macOS migrations • Lead Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP asset migrations • Deploy and configure JAMF Cloud and JAMF Connect • Re-enroll, secure, and manage macOS devices in the target environment • Resolve macOS-specific escalations during migration windows • Partner closely with Windows, identity, and project leadership teams What Success Looks Like • macOS migrations execute smoothly with minimal disruption • Devices are properly enrolled, managed, and compliant • Apple assets transition cleanly between tenants • macOS issues are resolved quickly and decisively What We’re Looking For • Deep hands-on experience with macOS enterprise management • Strong knowledge of Apple Business Manager, DEP, and JAMF • Experience supporting macOS migrations or enterprise endpoint transitions • Ability to operate calmly and independently during high-pressure events Required Qualifications- • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent hands-on experience • 6+ years of experience supporting macOS in enterprise environments • Demonstrated ownership of macOS endpoint migrations or large-scale Apple deployments Hands-On Expert-Level Proficiency • Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP • JAMF Cloud and JAMF Connect • macOS security, enrollment, compliance, and lifecycle management Desirable Project Experience • Enterprise macOS migrations tied to identity or tenant changes • Greenfield Apple ecosystem buildouts • Supporting macOS users during high-pressure cutover events Preferred Certifications • JAMF Certified Expert or JAMF Certified Admin • Apple Certified IT Professional • Apple Device Support or Deployment certifications TKO EEO Statement: TKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
