Lymphedema Therapist (CLT/LANA Preferred)- DME Clinical Collaboration Role
We are a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company seeking a qualified Lymphedema Therapist to collaborate with our team in supporting patients with lymphedema and related conditions.
This role is ideal for therapists who actively treat lymphedema patients and work closely with physicians managing these patients, and are interested in enhancing patient access to appropriate compression therapy and pneumatic devices.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Perform lymphedema evaluations and ongoing patient care
ā¢ Work collaboratively with treating physicians to support appropriate prescriptions for compression wraps, garments, and pneumatic pumps
ā¢ Serve as a clinical resource within your existing patient care network, helping ensure patients receive medically appropriate DME when indicated
ā¢ Provide measurement and fitting of compression wraps and related products when needed
ā¢ Educate patients on proper use and compliance
ā¢ Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and payer requirements (Medicare a plus)
Qualifications:
ā¢ Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT required, LANA preferred)
ā¢ Active PT, OT, or RN license
ā¢ Experience treating lymphedema patients
ā¢ Established relationships within a clinical setting (clinic, hospital, or outpatient practice preferred)
ā¢ Strong understanding of documentation and care coordination
Compensation:
ā¢ Competitive compensation
ā¢ Flexible structure depending on level of involvement
Pay: $77,494.81 - $150,000.00 per year
