• Handle bookings, reservations, and travel logistics with accuracy.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video calls, accommodating Eastern Time scheduling as needed for Tampa Bay clients.
• Keep up to date on travel trends, deals, and professional certifications.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
