• Assist clients in booking reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and confirmed promptly.
• Offer ongoing support before, during, and after trips to resolve any issues or changes efficiently.
• Stay informed about current travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices to deliver up-to-date recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences to personalize future service.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles with a passion for travel planning.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, accommodations options, and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and motivate clients toward confident decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems is preferred but not required.
