Role Description
This is a full or part-time remote position for a Luxury Resort Agent. The Luxury Resort Agent will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing luxury vacations, including identifying customer preferences, recommending tailored travel packages, and coordinating logistics with resorts and travel providers. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, staying updated on luxury travel offerings, and resolving travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel, resort accommodations, and high-end vacation planning
• Customer service and communication skills to understand client needs and provide exceptional support
• Organizational and time management skills for handling bookings, logistics, and multitasking
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools is a plus
• Adaptability and ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
• 1099 position
