**Key Responsibilities**
As a Luxury Brand Customer Service Representative + Shipping and Receiving Expert, you'll be responsible for:
* **Customer Support:** Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, order status requests, and resolving shipping-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
* **Order Processing:** Processing and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including picking, packing, and labeling shipments, and tracking customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
* **Shipping Coordination:** Coordinating with shipping carriers and logistics partners to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries to customers, and communicating with customers regarding shipping options and cost estimates.
* **Issue Resolution:** Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments as needed, ensuring that every customer issue is resolved promptly and professionally.
* **Returns and Exchanges:** Handling customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer, and initiating the necessary steps for restocking or refurbishing returned items.
* **Quality Control:** Inspecting outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and completeness to ensure customers receive the correct items in perfect condition.
* **Documentation:** Maintaining accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including tracking numbers, shipping labels, and customer communication.
* **Shipping Costs:** Calculating shipping costs accurately and providing customers with shipping options and cost estimates as needed.
* **Communication:** Keeping customers informed of order status, shipment tracking information, and delivery expectations, and communicating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution.
* **Problem Resolution:** Addressing customer concerns and shipping-related issues promptly, working collaboratively with internal teams and logistics partners to find solutions.
* **Feedback Collection:** Collecting and documenting customer feedback and insights to improve products and services, and sharing feedback with the team to drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.
* **Experience:** Proven experience in customer service, shipping, and receiving roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing position.
* **Skills:**
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software.
+ Basic knowledge of jewelry materials and components is a plus.
