LPN Weekend Triage/Scheduling Position*Remote role after training*
Part time: 16 hours
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 4:30pm

Overview:
Responsible for patient phone triage, Caregiver scheduling, inbound and outbound calls, may also provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Must assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' needs and care
Qualifications:
• Licensure:
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
• IV Certification within 1 year of hire
• Must be licensed driver
• Experience: 1 year of experience
• Certification(s): CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
