LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)-Weekend On Call
About the position Responsibilities • Provide personal care and services to patients. • Perform light housekeeping duties as needed. • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including turning and positioning, toileting, and using assistive devices. • Ensure safety and cleanliness in the patient's environment. • Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming of patients. • Help maintain patients' mobility, nutrition, and hydration. • Perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid licensure. • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. • Must have up-to-date car insurance. Nice-to-haves • Experience in home health or geriatric care is preferred.
