Requirements for the role
⢠License: LPC or LCSW - must be licensed to work independently
⢠MASTERS DEGREE REQUIRED - In Counseling, Social Work, or Substance Abuse Treatment
⢠Active State License in the state of Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, or Texas
Key Responsibilities
⢠Conduct telehealth addiction group and individual counseling sessions.
⢠Develop tailored individual treatment plans.
⢠Use evidence-based interventions.
⢠Monitor client progress and adjust plans.
⢠Perform case management and care coordination duties
⢠Provide support and education.
⢠Maintain confidential records.
⢠Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
⢠Stay updated on counseling trends.
⢠Participate in professional developments
Qualifications and Experience
⢠LPC or LCSW license
⢠Must be licensed to work independently without supervision
⢠Addiction counseling specialization preferred.
⢠>= 2 years addiction counseling experience preferred.
⢠Proficient in secure EHR platforms.
⢠Strong communication skills
⢠Compassionate and non-judgmental.
⢠Ethical and professional.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
