We seek a licensed LPC or LCSW counselor specializing in addiction therapy. Join our mission to empower individuals in recovery through evidence-based, compassionate care.
Requirements for the role
ā¢ License: LPC or LCSW - must be licensed to work independently
ā¢ MASTERS DEGREE REQUIRED - In Counseling, Social Work, or Substance Abuse Treatment
ā¢ Active State License in the state of Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, or Texas
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct telehealth addiction group and individual counseling sessions.
ā¢ Develop tailored individual treatment plans.
ā¢ Use evidence-based interventions.
ā¢ Monitor client progress and adjust plans.
ā¢ Perform case management and care coordination duties
ā¢ Provide support and education.
ā¢ Maintain confidential records.
ā¢ Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
ā¢ Stay updated on counseling trends.
ā¢ Participate in professional developments
Qualifications and Experience
ā¢ LPC or LCSW license
ā¢ Must be licensed to work independently without supervision
ā¢ Addiction counseling specialization preferred.
ā¢ >= 2 years addiction counseling experience preferred.
ā¢ Proficient in secure EHR platforms.
ā¢ Strong communication skills
ā¢ Compassionate and non-judgmental.
ā¢ Ethical and professional.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
