Role Description
Bloomed Therapy is seeking a contract, fully remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensed in Colorado or Illinois. In this role, you will provide individual therapy sessions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation. You will collaborate with a supportive clinical team while delivering empathetic, client-centered, and evidence-based care. This position also offers opportunities for ongoing professional development to support continued growth and clinical excellence.
Compensation
• Compensation ranges from $50–$70 per session, based on experience, licensure level, and specialization
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to build and manage your own caseload
Qualifications
• Active LPC or LCPC license in Colorado or Illinois
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy
• Experience developing and managing treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing culturally responsive care
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote schedule
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Prior clinical experience preferred
