Serenity Wellness and Counseling Center is a unique group practice of licensed mental health providers, neurofeedback provider, and dietitians. Our therapists and providers offer safe and supportive services for individuals, couples, and families, serving the communities of Cypress, Katy, Waller, Tomball, Woodlands, Spring, and surrounding areas.

We have been featured on several podcast and a future TV show being aired on ABC, NBC, and FOX. It is a goal of ours to try and get as much information out there to how we are trying to support our community through affordable collaborative options all in one location utilizing techniques like neurofeedback and EMDR.
We are looking for a full time fully licensed clinician to join our team. We currently have a waitlist and can fill up your time rather quickly.

Key Responsibilities include (this is an overview and not a conclusive description)
• Provide therapy individual, family, and/or couples counseling
• To maintain document of therapeutic services provided.
• To provide case management to assigned clients.
• To recognize signs and symptoms of mental health disorders and apply/utilize appropriate treatment interventions.
• Complete documentation in a timely, efficient, and ethical manner.
• To abide by the Ethical Standards of the Texas Department of State Health Services
• Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary
• When required, refer clients to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client
• Maintain required licenses and appropriate insurance
Minimum Job Requirements (this is an overview and not a conclusive description)
• Be licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Will consider Associates.
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with clients.
• Individual malpractice insurance
• A positive and compassionate attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Team player
• Additional consideration given to those with specializations such as, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Neurofeedback, or yoga trainings
Salary
$40 - $85 per hour
