Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II - Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join our team at Marshalls Store 0172 in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will play a critical role in preventing loss and dishonesty, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our store teams.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty, while wearing a Body Worn Camera
Maintain a professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store
Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect, and respond to customer requests for assistance
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, and document required incidents in AIIM Case Management
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
0-2 years of retail or security experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sound decision-making skills and ability to take initiative
Ability to stand for long periods of time and prioritize/organize workload effectively
