Loss Control Specialist

The right candidate for Travelers' Loss Control Specialist role will be an innovative problem-solver with a passion for helping customers manage their risk. We are looking for a team player who is excited to join a company that is a leader in the insurance industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in risk analysis to make an impact on our customers and the business.To be considered for this position, you must possess a comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles and practices, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field, as well as prior experience in the insurance industry. A loss control designation or certification is also preferred. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a flexible, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management strategies to help customers manage their risk.
Analyze customer risks and recommend solutions.
Monitor and review customer risk profiles to identify potential areas of improvement.
Provide advice and guidance to customers on risk management best practices.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Monitor customer compliance with insurance policies and requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Stay abreast of new technologies and tools for risk management.
Provide training and support to customers on risk management topics.
