Job Title Product Owner - ServiceNow Location Remote | Charlotte, NC | Dallas, TX Duration 12+ Months with the possibility of extension Interview Phone and Video Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Product Owner to lead and enhance our Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role will partner with Security, IT, and Development teams to ensure efficient identification, prioritization, and remediation of application vulnerabilities across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines ServiceNow product expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive measurable risk reduction outcomes. Required Skill • 5+ years of experience in • ServiceNow product ownership, business analysis, or platform administration • Cybersecurity or vulnerability management programs • Hands-on experience with • ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) – AVR module • Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) • Strong understanding of • Application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, CVEs, CVSS scoring) • Security scanning tools (e.g., Snyk, Veracode, Checkmarx, Qualys) • Experience with • Integrations via APIs, webhooks, or middleware • CMDB and asset management concepts • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Job description • Product Ownership & Strategy • Own the ServiceNow Application Vulnerability Response (AVR) product roadmap, vision, and backlog. • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations aligned with organizational security objectives. • Act as the primary liaison between Security, IT Operations, DevOps, and business stakeholders Apply To this Job Apply To This Job
