Looking for editor to edit selects. From 1 hours to 2 minutes! (need done in 20 hours)
I'm in search of a video editor who can help me with an assistant editing role.
Using PST TIME. Footage will be sent you to you at 8pm PST on Friday (1/31). You'll have it finished by 4pm PST on Saturday (2/1)
The task is to cut 1 hour of raw footage down to 2 minutes of the best clips from the footage. Youll edit each timeline by lifting good clips to Track 2, and leaving bad clips on Track 1.
This footage is all b-roll for an online ad.
The role involves:
1. Cutting out all the unusable footage and creating a timeline with only usable footage (1ish hours down to 30 minutes)
2. Picking decent selects from the usable footage into a new timeline (30 minutes to 8 minutes)
3. Picking the best selects from the decent selects into a new timeline (8ish minutes to 2ish minutes)
The end result should be 4 timelines:
- Original Timeline with Usable cut and lifted to track 2.
- Usable footage (30 minutes of timeline)
- Decent selects (8ish minutes of timeline)
- Best selects (2ish minutes of timeline).
You are free to use any software, but I'll need the XML file for each timeline.
This is a flat rate project, so please provide a time estimate or flat rate with your proposal.
