Looking for an Ad Expert to Scale Digital Product Sales (Facebook, Instagram + Pinterest a Bonus!) - Contract to Hire
Hi there! I'm Elena, the founder of Modern Market (www.modernmarket.co) , a creative digital brand that offers Lightroom presets and a popular online course. I've successfully run ads myself on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Pinterest for the last 15 years, but with everything else on my plate, I’m ready to hand the reins over to someone who lives and breathes ads.
What I’m Looking For:
I need a digital advertising expert who can not only create and manage ads, but scale them. This isn’t just about setting up a campaign and walking away (that's what I currently do lol). I’m looking for someone who can:
Strategically manage and scale Facebook & Instagram ads (Pinterest is a bonus!)
Design beautiful, high-converting ad creatives
Write compelling copy that converts browsers into buyers
Monitor, test, and optimize for performance
Think like an owner, not just a contractor
About You:
You’re confident in your ability to grow ad campaigns profitably
You’ve worked with digital products before (courses, downloads, etc.)
You’re self-motivated, proactive, and don’t need to be micromanaged
You value clear communication but don’t need constant meetings
You’re open to becoming a long-term part of a growing team
About the Role:
This will start as a freelance or contract role, but there’s room to grow. My husband and I also build startups and we’d love to bring someone into our world who sees the long-term vision and wants to be part of building something meaningful.
Compensation:
I’m flexible and open to discussing a payment structure that works well for both of us, whether it’s hourly, retainer, or performance-based. If you have a model that’s worked well for you, don’t hesitate to share it.
