Looking for a long term, full time sales representative (chat, phone, email)

Our Team of 7 are looking for one Business Development & Support professional who can also do graphic design to join our team. We are in the eCommerce industry and want someone who understands how to serve our market unselfishly and still earn a profit.
This will be a long-term relationship so we are looking for someone that is Responsible, Punctual, has excellent communication, and is willing to focus on this relationship. We want to hire someone full-time for this permanent position who WILL NOT be freelancing on the side, taking it easy on the job, multitasking, or working only a few hours on their shift. Your responsibilities will include:
(Business Development Part)
- Engaging Leads via Chat, Email, Phone, SMS, Social Media and correctly qualifying them and closing the sale
- Correctly Updating the Lead in our CRM to update the team what they were interested in
- Sharing opportunities of growth for the company to team leaders
- Completing Daily Tasks assigned to you
- Engaging in Tasks assigned to you in our Team Boards
(Business Support Part)
- Supporting our beloved clients every step of the way (via Chat, Email, Phone, SMS, Social Media)
- Assigning, Updating, and Labeling Support Tickets correctly
- Following Standard Operating Procedures and Encouraging New Opinions with the way we do business
(Ad Creation and Editing)
- Transform raw footage into awesome ads, adding audio voiceovers and video editing.
- Manage and organize raw footage for content creation.
- Learn to use AI tools like Midjourney to create real, lifelike images.
- Follow guidelines and examples to craft fantastic advertisements.
(Email Campaigns and Design)
- Design and implement email templates for Klaviyo email campaigns.
- Collaborate on creating email campaigns, ads, and social media posts.
(Creating Landing Pages)
- Help create landing pages using an easy drag-and-drop builder tailored to our audience.
- Make small tweaks on pages to help convert visitors into customers.
You will be using the following tools:
- Microsoft Teams & Other Microsoft/Google Products
- Click Up
- Freshsales (CRM) & Freshdesk (Help Desk)
- Intercom (Chat)
- Shopify
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Figma
Experience with these tools is a plus, but not necessary as we have training.
Applicants with the following Qualifications will be given priority focus:
- Having more than 2 years in BPO
- Proficiency with the Tools
- A pleasant people person
- Backgrounds in Sales
We are looking for someone who can commit 30-40 hours of undivided attention to our efforts, per week. This will be a full-time position.
