Looking for a fully remote client success manager with long term potential - Contract to hire

We are a looking for someone to fill in a fully remote, client success manager role for our startup company which specializes in marketing real estate professionals and turning them into local celebrity figures. This is a fully remote role with great long term potential to perhaps transition into a client success director later down the line and accommodate a work life balance remote... lifestyle. The role responsibilities will be to strategize with and for the client on their social media, business presence, and ask yourself: how can we make our client more famous ? the role will require being in meetings , as well as organizing and communicating with other teammates on slack This is a fun role, meant to be exciting and accommodate a fun lifestyle. The CSM will be granted plenty of autonomy in their role and freedom to take it in their direction. This role will start part time, at 25 hours per week. The goal is to transition to full time in 2-3 months. The role will start at $850 USD per month working 25 hours a week. Once full time, the role will be $1,250 /month and potential for long term growth.
